1.1. For residents of the EU, please note that this Privacy Policy has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

For Non-EU residents, by continuing to use the licensed application and any services performed or provided by the licensed application(‘’Services’’) or access the website https://www.i2econsulting.com/ , you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not avail the Services or access the website.

2. What information do we collect ?

The Services offered hereunder are provided to you by i2e Consulting LLC., a US corporation with its principle place of business at Gorton, Connecticut, US. For the purposes of EU data protection law, i2e Consulting would act as your data controller.

In order to provide you with our Services, we collect certain information from you when you register and interact with our licensed application. The information we gather falls into two categories: information you actively provide (for instance when you create an account), and information we collect through your use of our Services.

2.1. Information You Provide.

2.1.1.Registration and Profile Information. Registration for an account is required for using the licensed application. When you register for an account, we will ask for your name, email address, a password, and a telephone number and language. You may also provide additional information such as a profile picture, gender, and birth month and day.

2.1.2.Payment Information. We do not collect credit card information. Purchases for virtual goods or upgrades to our premium services are handled by third party app stores (from where you download our licensed application). For the purpose of the data protection laws and compliances, such third-party app / stores shall also act as data controllers and we shall not be responsible for the policies and practices followed by such app stores in connection with the privacy and payments.

2.1.3.Newsletter, Survey and Support. We may collect personal information from you, such as name, email, industry, language, country, when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or Request Support.

2.1.4.Ordering or registering on our application/site. When ordering or registering on our application/website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or company name; you may, however, visit our site anonymously.

2.2. Information we Receive from your use of our Services.

2.2.1. Usage Information. We also collect certain information when you use our Services, including: (1) information about your interaction with the Services, including the actions you take on the Services and your interaction with other users, third party applications, and advertisements; and (2) device information, such as unique device identifiers, wireless service provider or mobile carrier, operating system information, IP address, browser type and language.

2.2.2.Location Information. Third party tools, such as Firebase may collect location information if you allow it, for example, your smartphone’s GPS coordinates, unless you configure your operating system settings to prevent collection of location information.

2.2.3.Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Third party tools and services (listed later in the Privacy Policy) that we use may collect certain information through the use of "cookies" and other tracking technologies. Cookies are small files that your browser places on your computer. Such tools/ services may use session cookies, persistent cookies, and other tracking technologies to better understand how you interact with our licensed application, to monitor usage by our users and web traffic routing on our services, and to improve our Services.

2.2.4.Subscription Information. For premium users, in addition to the information set forth above, we also collect the user's subscription start and expiration date, and whether the subscription resulted from a particular promotion.

2.3. For the sake of brevity, the information you provide (under section 2.1) and the information we receive (under section 2.2) shall be referred to as “Personal Information”.

2.4. Accuracy of information. Please make sure that any Personal Information you share with us is accurate and up to date. If you are sharing any Personal Information on behalf of a third person, you should ensure that you are authorized to do so.

3. Whom do we share your information with/ for what purposes do we share your information?

We will not share the Personal Information we have collected from you except as described below:

3.1. Third Party Applications.

We will share your information, including Personal Information, location information, or other third-party applications or services, if you choose to connect them to our Services. Any access to third party applications shall be subject to the privacy policies, practices and procedures of such third party applications as stated hereinbelow in Clause 7.

3.2. Service Providers and Other Third Parties.

We will share your Personal Information with service providers and other third parties who are working with us to perform functions and process user data on our behalf. We may share Personal Information with third party partners in order to understand how you interact with advertisements. To opt out of sharing information with third party partners for advertising purposes, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to register your account. Service providers have access to your Personal Information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purposes. Some of these service providers and other third parties, such as analytics providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use our services. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information you provide directly to any third parties.

A brief description of the third-party tools/ services we use are –

a) Firebase - for Push notification and user behaviour analytics.

b) DialogFlow for providing chatbot functionality

c) Dropbox, Box, Google Drive are used for File import/export.

d) Facebook Analytics for marketing and analytics.

e) Fabric is used for crash reporting of the app.

3.3. Other Sharing. We will also share your information when you give us your consent to do so.

3.4. With our corporate affiliates.

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition, or in any other situation where Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as one of our business assets. We may transfer your Personal Information if we are acquired by another entity, or if we merge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including the licensed application, to a third party. Any such third party or resultant entity that receives your Personal Information shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Information in line with the purposes set out herein. In the event of such a sale or transfer, we may notify you.

3.5. Legal and Regulatory Authorities. We may disclose your Personal Information in order to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities.

3.6. Enforcement of terms. To enforce our Privacy Policy, our End User License Agreement, or our other policies or agreements;

4. What do we use your information for?

4.1. Any of the Personal Information provided by you or that we collect from you may be for one of the following purposes:

4.1.1.To provide you the Services;

4.1.2.To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs);

4.1.3.To improve our website and Services (we continually strive to improve our Services and website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you);

4.1.4.To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs);

4.1.5.To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature;

4.1.6.To send periodic emails and updates;

4.1.7.for internal record keeping;

4.1.8.to comply with our legal or statutory obligations; and

4.1.9.The email address you provide for support request, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your request, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

4.2. Legal Basis (for people from the EU): We will not process your Personal Information without a lawful basis to do so. We will process your Personal Information only on the legal bases of consent [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR], contract [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR], or on the basis of our legitimate interests [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR], provided that such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights and interests.

5. Transfer of Your Personal Information Across Borders (For Eu Residents).

We have a presence through our regional sales or delivery centers in US and India.The Personal Information we collect (of EU residents) might be processed outside the EU at a secure server located in USA. We collect and transfer Personal Information outside the EU in accordance with EU GDPR. If you have questions, please contact us as indicated in the “CONTACT US” section that you will find at the end of the present Privacy Policy.

6. How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you enter, submit, or access your Personal Information. Although we provide appropriate, cloud security, firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we assume no liability or responsibility for it. You are required to be careful to avoid “phishing” scams, where someone may send you an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking for your Personal Information.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website/application. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We are not responsible for the policies and practices employed by any third party websites or applications or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained and displayed within them. Please remember that when you use or access any third party services, data or content displayed on our application or a link to go from our Service to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or application or services. 8. How Long Do We Retain Your Data ?

We endeavour to only collect personal data that are necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, and to retain such data for no longer than is necessary for such purposes. The length of time personal data is retained, and criteria for determining that time, are dependent on the nature of the personal data and the purpose for which it was provided. Subject to this section, we will try to delete your Personal Information upon reasonable written request for the same. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers. 10. Limitation of Liability.

To the extent permissible under the law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, information, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of this Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Laws and Disputes.

11.1. This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree that the courts in Gorton, Connecticut, USA shall have an exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

11.2. For any EU residents, this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the GDPR.

12. Changes to our Privacy Policy.

12.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We shall provide you with an email notification indicating any material changes in the Privacy Policy. Additionally, you are encouraged to check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to be aware of the changes made to it.
