Qualification:

Candidates with relevant experience from Non-Engineering or Science Background can be considered.

Experience – 4+ years:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Create, analyze, manage, and triage systems or software defects
• Strong understanding of backend computer system infrastructure and program design
• Troubleshoot technical system or software issues experienced during testing and exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine strong solutions
• Strong knowledge of Testing Processes, Techniques, Measures & Metrics.
• Deliver test cases and test scenarios to test newly developed SharePoint and Desktop applications.
• Load test cases, track, prioritize, assign and report on defects and resolution status in JIRA
• Execute functional, regression and performance testing on newly developed SharePoint and Desktop applications.
• Experience in dealing with multiple teams representing various areas in delivering projects.
• Worked in an Agile/Scrum Testing and Development environment.
• Documented bugs and communicated testing issues to the team.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform Security Testing.
• Analyze and create Requirements
• Responsible for testing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasker, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
