  • Portfolio Pulse app i2e built a lightweight, interactive portfolio management app using real-time data sources and user-driven filters.
  • Combined data sources finance, clinical, and regulatory data were brought together into one dynamic dashboard.
  • Visualized value, risk, and timing the app made value, risk, and phase timing visible across the full portfolio.
  • Built-in alerts alerts flagged recent changes so leaders could focus on what was new or urgent rather than scanning for it.
  • Gantt-style and matrix views a Gantt-style view tracked development phases by program, and a matrix assessed each program across critical functions.
