Roles & Responsibilites

• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
• Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
• Focus on direct/indirect sales and revenue from the partner led business.
• Develop and implement business plans with various partners to drive revenue.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and drive opportunities.
• Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
• Developing detailed plans for implementing the alliance, including timelines and action items for all parties involved.
• Monitoring the progress of each alliance to ensure that goals are being met and any hiccups in the process are being addressed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology sales, software sales or services sales.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in managing the partnership and alliances (Any or all of the likes of Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Planisware ,Databricks, Dataiku etc.)
• Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability towards constructive networking.
• Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
