Sr. HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain employee records while assuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR documents, like Offer & Appointment, employment contracts
• Joining & Exit Formalities
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Oversee employee confirmation processes, ensuring timely checks and communication.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of KRAs (Key Result Areas) for employees.
• Ensure timely sharing and communication of KRAs with employees for clarity and alignment.
• Liaise with external partners, like background verification & insurance vendors.
• Create regular reports to track HR metrics and compliance.
• Answer employees’ queries about Admin related issues. 
• Help IT Team in Device Management & Logistics
• Handling Office Space bookings as and when required.
• Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end visa process of employees.
• Managing various service providers AMCs, Guarantees, Warranty’s

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
• Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Education:

• Master’s degree preferred.
