Job Overview:

We are looking for a Productivity Manager who will play a key role in optimizing our team’s efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and ensure we consistently meet our goals.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze data on team performance and project progress.
2. Identify trends and patterns in employee productivity data to uncover areas for improvement.
3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize workflows and processes.
4. Track the effectiveness of implemented changes and measure progress towards goals.
5. Prepare and present reports to management on key findings and recommendations.
6. Collaborate with team leads to identify and address productivity challenges.
7. Stay informed about best practices in data analysis and process optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
