We are looking for a PPC manager to lead our performance marketing strategy and lead execution of ad campaigns across various platforms. The goal is to build ad campaigns as a stand-alone lead source.
As part of your responsibilities, you will drive the end-to-end paid campaigns strategy for i2e. You will take the lead on developing campaign ideas, executing them and tracking their performance across Google Ads, Social ads and other third party ad platforms.
As an PPC manager, you will be responsible for ensuring i2e paid campaigns portray our efficiency in meeting our target audience’s needs. You will own campaign strategy and execution metrics and will support the sales and account development teams in developing campaigns that will drive revenue, promote our brand and help us ultimately build top of mind recall amongst prospects.
The role involves strategy, execution and requires you to be creative, monitor, evaluate, communicate ideas across the organization. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Development teams whilst being a core member of the Marketing team.
Qualification: Degree in digital marketing, AdWords certification is an advantage
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as a PPC Manager, preferably in the North American healthcare segment
Responsibilities
Strategize:
• Create a paid campaigns strategy through market research [primary + secondary] that is mapped to our revenue goals across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ads on third party platforms.
• Identify and co-develop ideas with organic search teams to drive revenue /brand.
Execute:
• Craft the entire keywords strategy (in – depth evaluation and recommendation of broad match and exact match keywords).
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, set monthly budget caps, monitor quality score and other important account metrics.
• Set up the entire PPC architecture (keywords strategy + landing page + funnelling)
• Responsible for day-to-day campaign planning, creating a paid campaign calendar that outlines weekly, monthly, quarterly spends and expected RoI.
• Execute campaigns across all platforms, track and monitor progress.
• Execute A/B testing and drive optimizations.
Monitor:
• Evaluate weekly campaign performance and track leads and engagement, weekly, quarterly and annually and create reports on outcomes.
• Create dashboards that capture recommendations and feedback (both qualitative & quantitative) & share inputs with organic team for optimizations.
KPIs for Success:
• Creation of a paid campaigns engine for i2e that helps us meet top line and bottom-line brand goals (awareness and leads acquisition): Net new leads and conversions.
• Paid campaigns KPIs: Traffic, conversions
Knowledge & Skills:
• Conversant in A/B testing.
• Experienced in managing at least USD 8K – 10K PPC budgets per week.
• Strong analytical and dashboard creation skills.
