We are looking for an analytics manager to drive the entire analytics strategy for i2e. S/he will focus on optimizing the website performance and the customer journey, provide insights through analytics, while supporting other marketing specialists within the team.
As part of your responsibilities, you will drive the end-to-end analytics strategy for i2e across paid and organic content. You will take the lead on journey optimizations, customer experience and management reporting.
The role involves strategy, execution and requires you to be creative, monitor, evaluate, communicate ideas across the organization. You will work closely with other marketing specialists, account development team, practice leads whilst being a core member of the Marketing team.
Qualification: Degree in digital marketing.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise-class web analytics platforms (Omniture, WebTrends).
Responsibilities:
Strategize
• Create an analytics strategy that covers all organic and paid experiences for the customer.
• Be the CRM custodian and understand how customer data resides in our CRM systems, and integrate the data so that it may be segmented based on criteria (prospect company size, life cycle stage, persona) to best target a specific market or user type.
• Develop an ideal customer experience journey, recommend changes to the present journey, and drive results through collaboration.
Execute
• Take lead in website optimizations, prioritizing conversion journey, identifying points of optimization by data and analytics recommendations.
• Set up an analytics hub within an organization, managing Google Analytics website tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager, all site tagging and configurations, creating custom dashboards.
• Lead data-driven analysis and creating reports that map disparate traffic and customer data into business outcomes through advanced data and predictive modelling.
• Support SEO, SEM and social ads teams in influencing traffic and work closely with them in recommending strategies.
• Should have expertise in tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s.
Monitor
• Evaluate progress against benchmark metrics monthly, quarterly and present reports on outcomes.
• Create dashboards that capture KPIs (both qualitative & quantitative) & share inputs with organic and paid teams
KPIs for Success:
• Creation of a successful Analytics Hub within i2e that helps us meet top line and bottom-line brand goals (awareness and leads acquisition): Net new leads
• Analytics KPIs: Growth in traffic, time spent, and net new leads
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong data analytical capabilities to interpret data into meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for improvement or action plan.
• Familiarity working with data visualization, and have ability to present the statistical information in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, SAS).
• Degree in digital marketing.
• Google Analytics certification is a must
